At Delahunt, we love hosting a dinner that your guests will talk about for years, in a building that has stood as a landmark of Dublin hospitality for over a century.

If you are planning an intimate city wedding focused on exceptional food, fine wine, and a setting with genuine soul, we invite you to 39 Camden Street.

Our home is a meticulously restored Victorian grocer’s shop, famously mentioned in James Joyce’s Ulysses. From the hand-carved mahogany to the vintage brass details, the building provides a cinematic, unforced backdrop for your wedding photography.

The Main Dining Room

Our ground-floor Victorian dining room provides a vibrant, historic atmosphere for a seated wedding of up to 60 guests.

The Sitting Room

Located on the first floor, our mid-century cocktail bar is the “good room” of the house. Featuring a grand bay window overlooking Camden Street and original fireplaces, it is the ideal space for a standing champagne reception (up to 60 guests).

The Courtyard

A hidden, heated outdoor terrace just off the main floor. Perfect for summer weddings, providing a breath of fresh air for your guests.

The Snug

For very intimate “micro-weddings,” our traditional wood-panelled Snug seats 8 to 10 guests for a private, storied dinner.

Irish produce and modern techniques

As a Michelin-recognised kitchen, we focus on contemporary interpretations. Our menus change with the landscape, using the finest local produce.

Tailored Service

We don’t do “conveyor belt” service. Every plate is meticulous, and every wine pairing is considered.

Craft Cocktails

Our Sitting Room team can create signature cocktails for your day, inspired by the seasons and your wishes.

Availability: We host boutique weddings any day of the week, from Monday through Sunday.

Entertainment: Our spaces are fully equipped to host your celebration. We can accommodate DJs, live acoustic sets, and musicians in both the Sitting Room and the Main Dining Room. Both floors feature independent, high-quality sound systems.

Location: We are a 5-minute walk from St. Stephen’s Green and the Iveagh Gardens—perfect for wedding portraits.

Menus: We offer tailored 3-course menu. All dietary requirements are catered for by our kitchen team.
